**【LIMITED TO 2 STUDENTS PER MONTH】 8-Week Youth Performance Program** During the first session, we conduct a full assessment based on your child’s stage of development, including: Posture Movement patterns Flexibility Basic muscle strength Based on these results, we set clear 8-week goals together with the child and their parents, and determine the best direction for the program. 🔍 Initial Assessment (Session 1 – Included in the 8–10 sessions) Posture, core stability, and balance check Movement tests (squat, jump, change of direction, etc.) Trial drills (basic home exercises your child can continue safely) Learning proper form to prevent injuries Baseline measurements to predict how much progress is possible ※ The initial assessment is included within the 8–10 total sessions. 🧠 Program Content (8–10 Sessions Total) Improve fundamental athletic skills (run, jump, stop) Core strength, posture, and reaction speed development Build focus, discipline, and consistent habits Fully personalized exercises based on age & level Video analysis and weekly form corrections Before → After performance comparison at the end of 8 weeks 📊 Data-Based Progress Report At the end of the program, you will receive clear feedback using: Video comparison Movement quality changes Improvements in speed, balance, and agility Posture and form stability Growth in focus and consistency Progress is visible and measurable. 🎯 Who This Program Is For Kids who truly want to improve Children struggling with coordination or confidence Athletes who need a stronger physical foundation Parents who want structured, science-based development for their child 🔥 Why Only 3 Students Per Month?
